Frank Flores, President

Frank entered the security field in 1993 and quickly rose through the ranks. He recently worked with a Regional Security Provider as their Chief Operating Officer and served approximately 450 clients in the southeast. As a result, he brings a vast knowledge of the security field and vertical markets he and his staff have serviced throughout the years.

Frank is recognized for his analytical approach to business and is known for being a strategist with a fair and ethical approach.

Prior to working in the security industry, Frank spent a number of years in logistical operations and materials management. Frank has active memberships with ASIS International, International Security Association, FASCO, FALI, and others.

James has conducted, managed, or assisted with over 5,000 investigations, spanning a wide array of case types and client types, with each posing its own unique challenges. As Vice President of Investigative Services, James is responsible for the daily operations of Heartland’s investigative division, and manages a staff of several highly-specialized investigators and analysts. Prior to his current role, James was Heartland’s lead research investigator, and managed the legal and financial investigations division of the company. He developed his skills as an investigator while attending William Mitchell College of Law (now known as Hamline Mitchell School of Law), where he spent countless hours examining case law, statutes, and searching through legal databases.

James received a Juris Doctor cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Saint John’s University with a concentration in political science and philosophy.

As the Vice President of Security Solutions, Nate leads and manages all localized market and national sales team members across the North American markets. Nate guides the organization’s corporate marketing standards and initiatives as well as leads ASI’s expanding technology division. Additionally, Nate strategically supports the operations, human resource and administrative support services across the enterprise as a member of the leadership team.

Nate is graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Nate is currently the Chapter President of the Minnesota Chapter #25, ASIS International affiliation, and is an active member in both BOMA and IREM.
